Psychotherapy involves developing a therapeutic relationship, communicating and creating a dialogue, and working to overcome problematic thoughts or behaviors. It can be long or short term depending on the needs of the client. Traditionally it involves looking back through the client's history to get a sense of where certain patterns may have started. Once these patterns are identified, it becomes easier to release them and create new/healthier patterns.
I find psychotherapy effective for a range of problems such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss, life transitions, and low self-esteem. I take an eclectic approach to best help my client's needs, including spiritual psychology. I believe that my clients do not have to get stuck in their story, but that they can re-write their story once they understand what their root beliefs and patterns have been. It's never too late to change!

A typical session can last between 3-4 hours (interview, induction, hypnosis session, and post hypnosis), and the value is $300. When preparing for your session, make a list of things you want to find out and focus on, including any health issues. Please do not drink any caffeinated drinks the morning of. If you meditate, it would be recommended to do so the morning of the session and to set your intention for a successful positive experience.
